Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 15.18 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 11.45 amon 30 April 2020 (the Decision Date). Decisions to be sought are: That Mark Reynolds of Valentine & Co, Glade House 52-54 Carter Lane, London, EC4V 5EF be removed as Liquidator of the Company and replaced by Kristina Kicks and David Standish of KPMG LLP, 15 Canada Square, London, E14 5GL as Joint Liquidators; Whether a liquidation committee should be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a committee and it so, who the creditors' wish to nominate for membership of the committee. A creditor may appoint a person as a proxy-holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose resolutions at the meeting. A vote will be disregarded if a creditor's proof in respect of their claim is not received by 4.00 pm on the business day before the meeting date.
