“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Goldstein and Avner Radomsky, both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 1QQ, (IP Nos. 12532 and 12290) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” The appointment of Michael Goldstein and Mark Reynolds of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 1QQ as Joint liquidators was confirmed.
