At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Redheugh House, Teesdale South, Thornaby Place, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6SG, on 11 March 2020, at 11.45 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution of the Company:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queens Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD, (IP Nos. 8368 and 8584) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
