"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Woodthorpe (IP No. 18370) and Mark Supperstone (IP No. 9734) both of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
