NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors by telephone conference is to be held at James Cowper Kreston, The White Building, 1-4 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2NP on 24 October 2018 at 2:30pm for the purpose of approving the joint administrators’ proposals, deciding whether to establish a creditors’ committee and to appoint persons to serve as creditor members of that committee. If no creditors’ committee is formed or should fail to fix the basis of the joint administrators’ remuneration, fixing that basis pursuant to Rule 18.18(3) of the Insolvency Rules 2016
