“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Fourth Floor, Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 1DB and Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
