Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened at Unit 3, Kirkintilloch Industrial Estate, Milton Road, Kirkintilloch, G66 1SY on 27 March 2020 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Dounis, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG and Steven Ross, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 1 St James’ Gate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4AD, (IP Nos. 9708 and 9503) be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
