Notice is hereby given that on 27 November 2019, a Petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Campbell Inns Limited, craving the Court inter alia that Campbell Inns Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC281027) and having their Registered Office at 11 Portland Road, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, KA1 2BT be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Alistair McAlinden, Insolvency Practitioners of KPMG LLP, 319 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, by Interlocutor dated 27 November 2019, the Sheriff ordered any person claiming an interest, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk, Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 1ED, within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
