At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB on 21 December 2021 at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester M3 6AF and Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
