NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 7 November 2022 at 3pm, for the purpose of shareholders and creditors to appoint the proposed liquidator to be held on 7 November 2022

To consider and vote on the following resolutions:

1. That Virgil Harsham Levy be appointed liquidator of the Company

2. Whether a liquidation committee be established

3. If a committee is not established, to agree the basis of the liquidator`s proposed remuneration, details of which can be found in the pack to creditors.
