Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 July 2017, as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively.

”That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Mark Upton (IP No. 009594) and David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) both of Ensors Accountants LLP, Cardinal House, 46 St Nicholas Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 1TT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up, and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any of the persons for the time being holding such office.”
