A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 32 Nobel Square, Burn Mills Industrial Estate, Basildon, SS13 1LT presented on 6 April 2018 by EURO CAR PARTS LIMITED Euro House, Fulton Road, Wembley, Middx., HA9 9TF claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at County Court at Liverpool at 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX , on 9 July 2018 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner or his/its solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday 6 July 2018.
