At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 127 Teversham Drift, Cambridge, Cambs, CB1 3LJ on 22 July 2021 at 10.00 am the following resolutions were duly passed:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Alastair Fish (IP No. 7184) of Cambridge Corporate Restructuring Ltd, Milton Hall, Ely Road, Milton, Cambridge, CB24 6WZ be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 22 July 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Alastair Fish as liquidator.
