That the Company be wound up voluntarily

That Philippa Smith and Kate Elizabeth Breese (office holder no 18670 and 009730) of Walsh Taylor, Oxford Chambers, Oxford Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 9AT be and hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up
