Pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006 on 04 September 2017 the members of the Company passed the following written resolutions as a special resolution as ordinary resolutions:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the company is insolvent and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2nd Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, (IP Nos. 008368 and 008584) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding and that any act required or authorised to be done by the joint liquidators may be performed by the joint liquidators for the time that they hold office.”
