At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company duly convened and held at RSM, Highfield court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY on 06 December 2016 the following special and ordinary resolution were duly passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly, that the company resolves that it be be wound up voluntarily, and that Matthew Waghorn and John Kirkpatrick, both of Wilkins Kennedy LLP, 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ, (IP Nos. 9432 and 2230) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
