Martha Thompson (officeholder No: 8678) and Colin Haig (officeholder No: 7965) both of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU, were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 14 July 2017.

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors that the Joint Administrators intend to declare a first and final dividend within two months of the last date for proving, being 10 January 2020. If creditors have not already submitted a proof of debt, they are invited to prove their debts in writing to us at BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool L2 5RH by no later than 10 January 2020, failing which they will be excluded from the dividend. In cases whereby a creditor is owed a small debt of ÂŁ1,000 or less; as Joint Administrator I intend to treat small debts as proved for the purpose of a dividend. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
