At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 19 Hull Road, Howden DN14 7AH on 26 May 2022 the following ordinary and special resolutions were passed:

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Anthony Hyams of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH, be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

3. "That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie".
