NOTICE is hereby given that on 12 September 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Paisley by HNW Lending Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having a place of business at 72 Charlotte Street, London, W1T 4QQ craving the Court, inter alia, that Caledonian Heritage Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Spiersfield House, Stevenson Street, Paisley, Renfrewshire, PA2 6BP (Company Registration number: SC310283) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and in which petition the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 12 September 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Paisley Sheriff Court, 3 St James Street, Paisley, PA3 2HL within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; All of which Notice is hereby given.
