At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Stirling Business Centre, Wellgreen Place, Stirling, FK8 2DZ on 26 March 2019 the following Special Resolution numbered 1 and Ordinary Resolution numbered 2 were duly passed:

1. "That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up same and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily".

2. "That Kevin McLeod, of TDC Solutions Limited, Office 20 Stirling Business Centre, Wellgreen Place, Stirling, FK8 2DZ be appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up"
