Notice is given by Nickolas Garth Rimes and Adam Peter Jordan to the creditors of Caldecote Court Limited that the following decision under Rule 6.11 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 is sought from them by way of a Deemed Consent Procedure:

"For the appointment of Nickolas Garth Rimes (IP No. 009533) and Adam Peter Jordan (IP No. 9616) both of Rimes & Co, 3 The Courtyard, Harris Business Park, Hanbury Road, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove B60 4DJ as Joint Liquidators, and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."

To object to this decision, creditors must send to me at my offices at 3 The Courtyard, Harris Business Park, Hanbury Road, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, B60 4DJ a duly completed notice of objection by no later than 23.59 hours on 13 June 2019, the decision date, together with proof of their debt, (if not already been lodged) without which objections will be invalid.

Unless 10% of the creditors who would be entitled to vote at a qualifying decision procedure object to this decision, then it will be automatically approved on 13 June 2019, the decision date.

If no person is nominated by the creditors, then the existing liquidators will be the liquidators in the creditors' voluntary winding up.
