Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the shareholders of the above Company was held at 5 Outland Road, Plymouth, PL2 3BZ on 11 March 2019 at 10.00 am in accordance with Section 283 of the Companies Act 2006 and Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, passed the following Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under an insolvent winding up procedure and that Matthew Thomas Colbourne Frayne (IP No. 9158) of Fraser Frayne Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, Old Canal Cottage, Dunkerton, Bath, NE Somerset, BA2 8BS be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company."
