A Petition to wind up the above-named company of C.A.HIELDS (ENGINEERS) LIMITED (00962074) of 3a Opus Park Lockheed Close, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-tees TS18 3BP, whose nature of business is manufacture of other general-purpose machinery not elsewhere classified, presented on Tuesday 24 May 2022, at 10:00 by HIGH SPEED LASERS LIMITED , of Bay 1-2, Block F, The Stourbridge Estate Mill , Race Lane, Stourbridge DY8 1JN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice , 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 13 July 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
