At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX on 29 July 2019 at 11:00 midday the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Peter Richard James Frost (IP No 8935) and Victor Henry Ellaby (IP No 8069) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
