At a general meeting of the Company held at The Holt, 3 Longstaff Way, Hartford, Huntingdon, Cambs, PE29 1XT on 4 March 2019 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stacey Brown (IP No. 17950) and Jeremy Willmont (IP No. 9044) both of BDO LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
