2. (Ordinary Resolution) That Lisa Thomas and David Kirk of Neville & Co, First Floor, 1 Buckland House, 12 William Prance Road, Plymouth International Business Park, Plymouth, PL6 5WR, be appointed joint Liquidators of the Company for purposes of the voluntarily winding-up

3. (Ordinary Resolution) That the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation
