“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Jonathan Botwood (IP No. 8965) of Muras Baker Jones Ltd, 3rd Floor, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 4EG be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
