"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Michael John Berry (IP No. 9605) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 116 Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5JW and Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) of Opus Restructuring LLP, One Eversholt Street, Euston, London, NW1 2DN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
