By written resolution of a majority of members holding not less than 75% of the total voting rights of eligible members the following resolutions were passed on 20 January 2021 as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Siann Huntley (IP No. 19130) and Andrew Beckingham (IP No. 8683) both of Leonard Curtis, Sophia House, 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up of the Company.
