At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 1st Floor, 16-17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 4AN on 30 January 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that David Oprey (IP No. 5814) and Elias Paourou (IP No. 9096) both of CVR Global LLP, First Floor, 16/17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 4AN be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
