“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lynn Gibson (IP No. 6708) of Gibson Hewitt Ltd, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
