At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG on 22 June 2018 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

“C & O Engineering Ltd cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue it’ business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Louise Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG, (IP No. 9650) be appointed Liquidator of the Company and that she is authorised to act.”
