“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Dominic Dumville (IP No. 17890) of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL and Lloyd Hinton (IP No. 9516) of Insolve Plus, 10 John Princes Street, London, W1G 0AH be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
