Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018, that, we, David McGuinness and Brian Milne, both of French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB, (IP Nos. 26590 and 9381) were appointed Liquidators of BY Balneo Ltd on 24 January 2022, by order of the Sheriff at Paisley Sheriff Court. A liquidation committee has not been established. I do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
