A Petition to wind up the above-named Company (registered no. 10184587) of Blackpitt Barn, Towcester Road, Whittlebury, Towcester, Northamptonshire, England, NN12 8TD presented on 22 August 2022 by WHITBREAD PLC whose registered office is at Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU5 5XE (the Petitioner), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse 1 Oxford Row Leeds LS1 3BG on;
