A Petition to wind up the above-named company of BVLARIO LIMITED (09127073) of 4 Olivers Lane, Stotfold, Hitchin SG5 4DH, whose nature of business is 41100 - Development of building projects, presented on Monday 12 August 2019, at 10:18 by MR ADRIAN ALLEN (IN HIS CAPACITY AS THE JOINT LIQUIDATOR OF CENTRAL PAYROLL SPECIALISTS LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION), of Rsm Restructuring Advisory Llp, Suite A, 7th Floor, City Gate East, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham NG1 5FS claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 25 September 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
