“That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily”; and that Siann Huntley (IP No. 19130) and Andrew H Beckingham (IP No. 8683) both of Leonard Curtis, Sophia House, 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and the Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally.”
