At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at 465C Unit 1 Hornsey Road, London N19 4DR on 21 December 2021, the following resolutions were passed by the Members: 1 as a Special resolution and 2 as an Ordinary resolution.

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Mark Newton of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London, W1G 0AH, be appointed Liquidator of the Company".
