“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

“That Carrie James (IP No. 16570) of Benedict Mackenzie Recovery Limited, 93 Tabernacle Street, London, EC2A 4BA and Peter Hall (IP No. 3966) of Peter Hall Limited, 2 Venture Road, Southampton Science Park, Chilworth, Southampton, SO16 7NP be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
