At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ on 5 January 2022 at 4.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Acland (IP No. 8894) and Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
