At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Saint & Co, Sterling House, Wavell Drive, Rosehill, Carlisle, CA1 2SA on Tuesday 14 May 2019 at 10.15am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lindsay Farrer (IP No 9487) of Saint & Co., Sterling House, Wavell Drive, Rosehill, Carlisle, CA1 2SA be appointed Liquidators of the Company.”
