NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the deemed consent procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the company to consider approving the Joint Administrator’s Proposals dated 12 January 2018. The proposals are:

(a) They continue to manage the business affairs and property of the Company in accordance with Objective (b), being a better result for creditors compared with Liquidation;

(b) They exit the Administration by way of a dissolving the Company under paragraph 84 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and

(c) They make payments to the secured and preferential creditors and distribution to the unsecured creditors from the prescribed part, subject to sufficient funds being available

Decision date: 29 January 2018. A decision is to be treated as made at 23:59 on the decision date.

In order to object to the proposed decision, creditors must send notice to the convener at BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool, L2 5RH, stating that they object, not later than the decision date, together with a proof of debt in respect of their claim otherwise, the objection will be disregarded.
