I, Paul Dounis, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG, (IP No: 9708) hereby give notice in accordance with the relevant legislation that Gareth Harris (IP No: 14412) of RSM Restructuring LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG and I were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company by decision of the creditors on 12 January 2021. A Liquidation Committee was not established. Accordingly, I hereby give notice that I do not intend to summon a meeting for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me as soon as possible.
