Notice is hereby given that on 25 August 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Vital Pet Group Limited, Unit 8 Pennine House, 35a Churchhill Way, Sheffield, England, S35 2PW craving the Court inter alia that BULLOCH LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC633080) and having its registered office at 25 Daisy Street, Glasgow, G42 8JN (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Robb and Michelle Elliot, Insolvency Practitioners of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG, be appointed as Joint Interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 25 August 2022; appointed all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Clerk's Office, PO Box 23, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA by email to glasgowcommercialcou@scotcourts.gov.uk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
