Notice is hereby given that on 25 January 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie Sheriff Court by Allseas Global Logistics Limited, Adelaide Mill, Gould Street, Oldham, OL1 3LL craving the Court inter alia that BULKSHIP GROUP LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC611719) and having its registered office at Suite 6a Dunnswood Road, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, Scotland, G67 3EN (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Mark Harper and Steven John Parker, each of Opus Restructuring LLP, Insolvency Practitioners, 1 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 1RW, be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by interlocutor dated 25 January 2023; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
