NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at on 25 March 2019 at 10.00 am for the purposes of:

1. That a liquidation committee be established pursuant to section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

2. That the Liquidator's remuneration be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and his staff (calculated at the prevailing hourly rate) in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation as set out in the fees estimate.
