At a general meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 3AE on 10 January 2017 the following Special Resolution was duly passed:

“That in accordance with Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ashok K Bhardwaj, of Bhardwaj Insolvency Practitioners, 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 3AE, (IP No. 4640) be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
