Tony James Thompson (IP Number: 5280) formerly of Cullen & Co UK Limited and Stephen Wade (IP Number: 009682) formerly of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP were appointed as joint liquidators on 17 March 2021. Katrina Jane Orum (IP Number: 12630) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP replaced Stephen Wade as joint liquidator by Order of the Court on 25 April 2019. Huw Morgan Powell (IP Number: 18930) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP was appointed 26 June 2020 following a decision on the nomination of a replacement liquidator being sought from creditors via a decision procedure by correspondence. Tony James Thompson subsequently vacated office on 27 July 2020.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company.

It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 25 June 2021. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 25 June 2021 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the liquidator, whose contact details are below.
