Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed by the members on 21 June 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Shane Biddlecombe and Gordon Johnston of HJS Recovery (UK) Ltd be appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

At a meeting of creditors held on 21 June 2017 the creditors voted for the appointment of Norman Cowan and Panos Papas of Wilder Coe Ltd as liquidators of the Company.
