A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Budgetfix Limited (11476172) of The Oakley, Kidderminster Road, Droitwich WR9 9AY, whose nature of business is Other business support service activities not elsewhere classified, presented on Tuesday 17 March 2020, at 10:00 by E.ON UK PLC, of Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry CV4 8LG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the The Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 11 May 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
